A YEAR OF ALVEARIA

2. Promotional Period

The competition commences at 12:00am AEST on Sunday, 1 November 2026, and concludes at 11:59pm AEST on Wednesday, 23 December 2026 (the Promotional Period).

Purchases and entries must be completed within the Promotional Period to qualify.

The winner will be drawn on Thursday, 24 December 2026.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who meet the requirements outlined in these Terms & Conditions.

The competition is available to eligible customers who purchase products through:

• The Alvearia online store.
• Alvearia market stalls.
• Alvearia pop-up stores.

Owners, employees and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter the competition, eligible customers must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:

Step 1 — Make a Qualifying Purchase

Spend $60 AUD or more in a single transaction with Alvearia, either online, at a participating market or at a pop-up store.

Step 2 — Complete the Competition Entry Form

Visit the official Alvearia competition entry page, accessible through the Alvearia website or by scanning the QR code displayed at participating locations.

Complete the entry form by providing:

• First name
• Surname
• Valid email address
• Order or receipt number

Step 3 — Subscribe to the Alvearia Mailing List

Subscribe to the Alvearia email mailing list and acknowledge acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Existing subscribers are eligible to enter and are not required to subscribe again, provided their subscription is active at the time of entry and they complete the competition entry form.

Entry Requirements

• Each eligible transaction of $60 or more entitles the customer to one (1) entry.
• Customers may enter multiple times by making additional qualifying purchases.
• A separate entry form must be submitted for each qualifying transaction.
• Purchases cannot be combined across separate transactions to meet the $60 minimum spend.
• The minimum spend is calculated after discounts, excluding shipping fees.
• Gift card purchases do not qualify towards the minimum spend.
• Cancelled, refunded or fraudulent transactions are not eligible.
• Each order or receipt number may only be used once.
• Following Alvearia on social media is encouraged but is not required for entry and does not provide additional entries.

There is no additional fee to enter beyond the normal retail price of the qualifying purchase.

5. The Prize

One (1) winner will receive A Year of Alvearia, consisting of twelve (12) home fragrance products with a combined retail value of over $350 AUD.

The prize represents one home fragrance product for each month of the year and will include a curated selection from the Alvearia range, including but not limited to:

• Scented candles
• Car diffusers
• Reed diffusers
• Room & linen sprays
• Pillow mists
• Courtesy Drops

The selection of products, sizes and fragrances will be determined by Alvearia.

The prize includes twelve (12) individual products in total, supplied together in one delivery.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

Should an advertised product become unavailable, any substitution will be managed in accordance with applicable promotional gaming laws.

6. Prize Delivery

The complete prize will be delivered to the winner in January 2027, with all twelve (12) products supplied together.

Delivery will be arranged through either:

• Australia Post; or
• Alvearia's local delivery service, where available.

The delivery method will be determined by Alvearia based on the winner's location.

Standard delivery costs will be covered by Alvearia.

The winner must provide a valid Australian delivery address and any information reasonably required to arrange delivery.

Alvearia will arrange dispatch or delivery with the intention of the prize being received no later than 24 January 2027, subject to the winner providing the necessary information and circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.

7. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.

Draw date: Thursday, 24 December 2026

The draw will be conducted using a random selection method that provides each valid entry with an equal opportunity to win.

The winner does not need to be present at the draw.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify that the selected entry meets all eligibility and purchase requirements.

8. Winner Notification and Announcement

The winner will be contacted directly via the email address provided on their competition entry form.

Notification will be sent within two (2) business days of the draw.

The email will advise the winner of their prize and provide instructions for confirming their details and arranging delivery.

The winner will be asked to respond within fourteen (14) days of notification.

The winner may also be announced on Alvearia's website and official social media channels using their first name and surname initial, subject to applicable laws.

Alvearia will never require the winner to pay a fee to claim their prize.

9. Unclaimed Prizes

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within the requested timeframe, Alvearia will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner using the details provided.

Any unclaimed prize will be handled in accordance with applicable promotional gaming laws.

A redraw will only be conducted where permitted or required by applicable law, after the required reasonable attempts to contact the original winner and any applicable claim period.

10. Mailing List and Marketing Consent

As part of the entry process, entrants are required to subscribe to the Alvearia email mailing list, unless already subscribed.

By providing express marketing consent, entrants agree to receive email communications from Alvearia, including:

• Product releases and announcements.
• Special offers and promotions.
• Market and pop-up store updates.
• Seasonal collections and business news.

Entrants may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in Alvearia marketing emails.

Unsubscribing after submitting a valid competition entry will not invalidate that entry.

Competition administration emails, including winner notifications, may still be sent where necessary.

11. Privacy and Personal Information

Alvearia collects personal information for the purposes of administering the competition, verifying qualifying purchases, contacting the winner, arranging prize delivery and, where consent has been provided, sending marketing communications.

Personal information collected may include an entrant's name, email address, order or receipt number and, for the winner, delivery address and contact details.

Information will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and Alvearia's Privacy Policy.

Entrants' personal information will not be sold to third parties.

Information may be shared with service providers where reasonably necessary to administer the promotion, process marketing subscriptions or deliver the prize.

Entrants may contact Alvearia to request access to or correction of their personal information.

12. Verification and Disqualification

Alvearia reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, including proof of purchase, transaction value, subscription status at entry and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

Entries may be disqualified where they are:

• Fraudulent or deliberately misleading.
• Associated with an invalid, cancelled or refunded transaction.
• Submitted using a previously used order or receipt number.
• Otherwise ineligible under these Terms & Conditions.

Any decision to disqualify an entry will be made reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.

13. General Conditions

Alvearia will take reasonable steps to conduct the competition fairly and transparently.

Alvearia is not responsible for incorrect contact details provided by entrants or technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

If circumstances beyond the Promoter's control affect the operation of the competition, any changes, suspension or cancellation will be subject to applicable law and regulatory requirements.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies under Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Social Media Disclaimer

This competition is independently conducted by Alvearia.

It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a competition entry, entrants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Entry is subject to verification of all eligibility requirements.
