Subscriptions

Selected Alvearia products are available as recurring subscriptions, allowing you to receive your chosen products automatically at the delivery frequency selected when you subscribe.

Recurring payments
When you purchase a subscription, your nominated payment method will be stored securely and automatically charged for each recurring order at the frequency you selected. Your subscription will continue until you choose to pause or cancel it.

Subscribe & Save
Where a subscription discount is offered, the applicable discount will be automatically applied to eligible subscription orders. Subscription discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.

Managing your subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time through your Alvearia customer account or using the link provided in your subscription emails. You can change your delivery frequency where available, skip an upcoming order, pause your subscription, update your payment details or cancel your subscription.

Changes should be made before your next scheduled order is processed. Once an order has been processed, we may be unable to cancel or amend that order.

Payment issues
If we're unable to process your scheduled payment, we'll automatically retry the payment and notify you. If payment remains unsuccessful after all retry attempts, your subscription may be paused or cancelled. You can update your payment details through your subscription management page.

Product availability
If a subscribed product is temporarily unavailable when your next order is due, we'll attempt to process the order again when stock becomes available. If we're unable to fulfil the order, that delivery may be skipped and we'll notify you.

Shipping
Standard Alvearia shipping rates, thresholds and delivery conditions apply to subscription orders unless otherwise stated. Any applicable shipping charges will be shown when you first subscribe.

Cancellations, returns and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling your subscription prevents future recurring orders and charges but does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.

Returns and refunds for subscription orders are subject to our Refund Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
